Friends Together

Friends together having fun

Eating watermelons as juices run down our arms.

We look at one another wondering.

What will come next.

As we sit in our hammock.

We talk and laugh until it hurts.

This is what friends together do.

What a blast we have.

Oh the summer is a wonderful season.

Full of life and singing birds.

Bringing friends together for loads of fun.

Remembering the fun things that we did together.

Full of laughter and smiles.

Having memories that will last a lifetime.

Jumping in the lake for a swim.

Eating watermelon to finish the day.

That's what friends do together.
